Adding custom dialog to edit aspect properties?

I want to setup a "Pay" action with a custom dialog that will display the values of my "payment details" aspect and allow the user to change/edit the values of Check Num and Pay Date. Then move the document to a paid folder. What do I need to do to setup this custom dialog?
