If I create a group called "Staff", how can I add ALL users to that group in one step ?

I know I can search for users in Explorer by typing in a single character, but that doesn't return all users, only those with an 'a' in their name..

I did search for a solution to this, but couldn't find one.. I can't believe this is not something someone has wanted to do before ??

TIA

Is it really that difficult or am I asking a stupid question ?

If it's a stupid question, just tell me, I've got a thick skin 😉

There's already a special authority called "Everyone".    This is not a group containing all staff, but it works the same as a group containing all people.
