Add text section (manual) to form

Hello!

I am looking for a method to enhance a form with a describing text. I don't want to use the tooltipps, because the user should see the text by default. It would be also great to implement a picture to a form.
Until now I haven’t found anything.

My plan is to enhance de new Folder form with a description of die required folder tree structure.

Is there a possibility to add plain text to the create folder menu?

Such as this:
