Add some default variable in UserTask

i want to have some default variables in userTask , how can i do that?

You could set the default variables with a task listener.
Or use the form properties to define these default variables.

thank trademak , and can i set default value for those variables in Form properties , i'v tested and got nothing!
any suggestion
