Add plugin to tinymce

I;m trying to add a plugin to the tinymce plugin in Alfresco Share 3.2 (Discussions). So, I've added the plugin to <TOMCAT_HOME>/webapps/share/modules/editors/tiny_mce/plugins and I;ve edited createtopic.get.html.ftl to add the button.

But the button is not visibible. Anyone got any ideas?

What exactly did you add to the createtopic.get.html.ftl file?
