Add new line for property

Hello all,
i am looking for solution how to add more lines for property in aspect.
When i use tag   <multiple>true</multiple> i get more column,but i also need to add more lines.
Some idea how to do that?

what kind of property is it (text, noderef, date …) ?
what do you call "column" and "line" ? UI display-style ? An input field ?
please try to be a little more precise, you'll surely get more answers

Hey column is for me new text field in aspect.
Example: If person have 2 or maybe 3 names u need in 1 line 3 column to insert it in filed. like mary jane alice
