Add/Edit Web Content Wizard Failing

Hello all,

When I am attempting to add/edit content using a sandbox's add content wizard, I am greeted with an empty space where the content wizard should be.  I am happy to provide information as needed, but am unsure as to what could have caused this!

Furthermore, I have attempted to create a new Web Project, with new web forms and new data, and when I go to add content, I receive the same issue.

I am, however, able to upload an XML file to a web form/web project and it works.

Restarting my Alfresco service with forcing reindex enabled solved this problem.
