Hello

Do you provide the code too for the activi modeler? Is it in the SVN repo?

Thanks!

we re going to rebrand that project to activiti.   we're also considering to move that codebase into activiti itself.  but that is not decided yet.  next week we sit together with signavio and that will be one of the topics.

Hi,

Sorry for adding the same message, but are there some news about the availability of the Activiti Modeler source code? I will need to modify such a tool for a project, and Activiti seems to be the best. However, the code given on the Signavio-Oryx initiative is too old…

Thanks a lot for replying.

Regards,
Yoann

The code in http://code.google.com/p/signavio-oryx-initiative/ is the one we use in our activiti distro's.  So it should be up to date.  If you think not, please indicate where you think this is not the case.

Actually, when I build the repository version, I have the version 3.0.6 of Signavio, whereas the version used by Activiti is 5.0.alpha3.
I get the same old version I have with jBPM-4.3, which uses the BPMN 1.2 notation (not the 2.0), and uses the jPDL format.

To be sure, I made a svn info, and I get that (sorry, it is written in French) :
  URL : http://signavio-oryx-initiative.googlecode.com/svn/trunk
06 nov. 2009)

The interesting point is that the last modification date is in 2009, which, I think, does not match the Activiti releases dates.

So am I on the good repository, or did I miss something?
Thanks.

Ah now I understand your problem: we are not consuming the trunk version (that is the one used by jBPM), but the 'bpmn20' branch:

For detailed information, please read the 'modeler rebranding' wiki page: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/ACT/Modeler+Rebranding

Just in case anybody stumbles over this thread:
We switched Activiti Modeler to use Signavio Core Components since Activiti 5.0.beta2 and there is a wiki page documenting how to build it from source.
