Thank you or your answer. Why isn't there an login-functionallity? Is there any reason? Is it planed to integrate it in the future? Actually we check the opportunity to use Activiti as an BPMN-Plattform in our company. We are a industrial-company with nearly 400 employes. In this case i think it ist very important to control the amendments to the activiti modeler explorer.

Is it planed to connect the activiti modeler explorer to the admin-part (activiti administration)?

It is no problem for us to start with this young and very awesome version of activit. But it would be very helpfull to know more about the next steps to mace an decision to choose this bpmn tool for us.

Thank you for you understanding,

With best regard, Philipp

The Modeler version we ship is a slimmed down version which Signavio contributes to open source (see http://code.google.com/p/signavio-core-components/).
What they contributed is already an awesome and fully functional product. But login protection is not part of the open source package.
It might be, in the future, but I wouldnt count on it.

The webapps we have under our control (Explorer, Probe), will use centralized user management.
