Activiti Modeler license

I have a question about the Apache license with respect to Activiti Modeler.

The Signavio Core Components (SCC) when maintained on GoogleCode were licensed under GPLv3. See here: http://code.google.com/p/signavio-core-components/

The original Oryx project the SCC originated from were also licensed under GPLv3. See here: http://code.google.com/p/oryx-editor/

So when Signavio donated the SCC source to Activiti I assume that it was provided under an Apache license and hence the Activiti Modeler is fully covered by the Apache license ?

The code Signavio originally put online was MIT licensed.
This is also the code on which the Modeler is based, NOT on the GPL3 code.

But I can't find license statement in Modeler.
