Activiti Database and analytics

Hi Activiti Users,
I'm Vaibhav Maniar and i'm using activiti bpm from last 6 months and trying to explore more and more about it.
These days I'm with a big challenge that how we can activit bpm database and its data to do analytics and predictive analytics for improving business productivity.
Please help me out into this matter. If you have any use cases or case studies about it please share with me.

Thanks for reply.
Is there any tool for data and process analytic, so that i can directly attach it as a plugin to Activiti. Or that i can attach my activiti db to that tool and can do some data and process analytics.
Although i found one tool called "Disco" (Fluxicon) for process analytics.
