Active Directory with alfresco 3.4c

Hi, i'm new on alfresco community and i'm trying it out on a virtual machine.

I'm trying to configure alfresco to authenticate via AD, but i got no luck on that. I already tried to find answers on the Internet and i'm using Alfresco 3 Enterprise Content Management Implementation book.

This book is very nice, but on AD setup the book ask me to make changes on some files such as ldap-synchronisation-context.xml and ldap-synchronisation.properties, but I cannot find them on Alfresco installation.

Any ideas?

Hi,

What operating system are you running alfresco in? Linux/Windows??

Also what you'll want to be looking for is aflresco ldap and passthru authentication

I know its covered  in chapter 6 of the wrox professional alfresco book (the red one)
