AclEntity with ID no longer exists

Hello, I need help …
Very often was an error
Error - JavaExceptoin: org.springframework.dao.ConcurrencyFailureException: AclEntity with ID (38707) no longer exists or has been updated concurrently
when user press the transaction in wokflow.
Occurs several times a day.
From what it can be connected and how to eliminate.

Is this a group workflow ?
Is there any kind of concurrency in your workflow?
This some times comes in the parallel group workflow.

No. This simple task assigne to one person.
This error arise in different task, but they all only for one person.

Have you deleted any of the documents which is already under workflow?

Also, try once by deleting all the pending workflows from the workflow console and check is that error still exist?

No with doc all Ok, because if the user wait some time and press button again all be Ok and task will be closed.
