Access to moderated site not disabled

Hello,
I have a serious problem with Share 3.4 a.
1) I invite an external user to a site (SITE A) as a manager
2) the user confirm my invite
3) the user search for other sites and find another site (SITE B) which is moderated
4) if he clicks the link to SITE B he has access to site dashboard and to all site features but with red errors in documentlists, wiki and so on informing that he has no permission to access.

Is this a bug or a feature?

I saw this bug in Jira

It seems exactly the case I described but it should be fixed.

Anyway I changed tomcat/webapps/share/components/site-finder/site-finder.js to remove link to site from site title and icon if the user has no permissions to read it.
It's not a real solution (links can be shareamong users) but at least is a first solution.
