AAAR and Alfresco version 5.x

I have looked recently in the forums and currently we are using 4.2.f in production. Apparently there are some security concerns that will force me to upgrade. (Not thrilled about that). I was wondering if there is any relation or impact with AAAR and the updated versions of alfresco? I plan on doing testing on 5.x for an update, but I thought I would ask you first before I do further testing between the two.

Thoughts?

Yes, I know there are some problems on Alfresco 5.0.b.

On Alfresco 5.0.a everything works fine and some updates to the configurations should be enough.
Of course, first of all, I suggest you to test everything in a development environment.

Since the 5.0.c release is out now. Do you know if the previous issues with cmis in the 5.0.b has been fixed or has this newest release caused new issues?
