Hi
I was able to install AAAR Analytic, I am using CE 4.2.e on Fedora 19.

I was able to run "AAAR_Import.sh", "AAAR_Export.sh", "./AAAR_Export.sh" from the command line.
But when I access the share, I cannot see the "Analysis" section as shown in the video. But I in the reposoitory section I can see

audit_creation.pdf
audit_details.pdf
audit_login.pdf
audit_topTen.pdf
audit_use.pdf
document_active_users.pdf
document_hours_of_activity.pdf
document_mime_types.pdf
document_size.pdf
document_types.pdf
folder_types.pdf

Why I cannot see the "Analysis" between "Reposoitory" and "Admin tool" as shown in the vidieo "Alfresco-AAAR Analytics-Video1of10-Maindashboard.mp4"

Should I do anything else, do did I miss some part.
Advice and guidance requested.
Thanks
Joseph John

Hi Bisana,

The 'AAAR_Export' script publishes the reports directly in the Alfresco repository.
For this reason you can see in your Alfresco installation the pdf files.
This is an important feature if you want to make available to the users, static reports in different folders (you can set the destination folders report by report).

What you are probably looking for is AAAR Analytics.
Please, read <a href="http://forums.alfresco.com/forum/installation-upgrades-configuration-integration/business-reporting/...">here</a> for the reply.

Hi Fransesco,

I installed AAAR following the instructions on http://fcorti.com/alfresco-audit-analysis-reporting/. I have also installed AAAR analysis (in the pentaho-webapp, i can see all the reports). But in my share-app I don't see the Analysis-menu-item (as seen in the first video on http://fcorti.com/alfresco-audit-analysis-reporting/aaar-use/aaar-analytics/). Is there something else I need to install?

Thx,
Hans

Hi Hans,

Yes, you are right.
The menu item in the Alfresco Share is not provided installing the AAAR from Pentaho marketplace.
To reach that goal you can easily follow this tutorial:
<a href="http://fcorti.com/2013/09/09/how-to-customize-alfresco-share-4-2-d-header-menu/">http://fcorti.com/2013/09/09/how-to-customize-alfresco-share-4-2-d-header-menu/</a>
And set it in the way you want.

Let us know how it goes.
It could be helpful for many other people.

Hans, if you will want, after your succeed in that task, we could write a post to share your experience.
Please, write me privately if interested.

Thank you in advance.

Thx Fransesco, worked like a charm. I did create the menu-item using the alfresco extension modules but the link you send really put me on my way.
