user home - disable tabs in left menu

I would like to disable some of the tabs in the home page left menu, this menu actually contains entries like dashboard, profile, workflow, etc...

I wasn't able to find the category of this menu (not present in user action categories).

Is there a simple way to list the actions available in this menu in order to disable associated menu entries in studio or using custom xml extensions ?

The category of this menu is USER_CENTER.

I deduced it by exploring the action contributions

Once you know the category, listing the associated action is easy, just use the search text in contributions feature with the category name

BTW this Q&A is quite dead, imho you should have used stackoverflow instead of deploying your own one
