Upcoming Nuxeo Atlassian migration
Hyland continues to review and streamline our digital properties to create one consistent experience for all customers. In support of these efforts, we will be making changes to our digital collaboration platforms with updates planned over the next several months. See below for anticipated changes specific to the Nuxeo Atlassian instance.
Updates to the Nuxeo customer support process
In late October 2024, Nuxeo Technical Support will transition from using Jira.Nuxeo.com to our proven Hyland support systems, such as Hyland Community. A careful data migration will ensure all open issues, as well as support cases from the past two years, are available for customers in the new systems upon launch.
Upon the migration, customers will no longer create support tickets in the Jira.Nuxeo.com, SUPNXP project. Instead, customers will go through Hyland’s established Community support case process. Please note, customers should continue to follow their current support process until otherwise directed following the migration in late October 2024.
Updates to Jira projects
Additionally, as part of these updates, some other Jira projects will be moving to a new, updated Jira instance. Migrating Jira projects will remain publicly visible in the new instance with read-only access. More details about these projects will be shared as the migration date approaches.
