Hyland regularly assesses its product offerings to ensure they continue to serve customer needs, meet industry requirements and align with our market focus. After careful review, we are announcing the end of life for Nuxeo LTS 2019.
End-of-life information and support
Nuxeo LTS 2019 will be retired after Tuesday, April 4, 2023. At this time, Hyland will no longer provide the current level of support to Nuxeo LTS 2019 users. Customers are advised to upgrade to a newer version before this date to avoid an interruption of their support.
Immediate actions and next steps
Additional communication and reminders will be sent to Nuxeo Cloud customers from the Nuxeo Cloud team. For those not already in contact, Nuxeo Cloud customers can reach out to your assigned Customer Success manager to start the upgrade discussion.
Non-Nuxeo cloud customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade to either LTS 2021 or LTS 2023 before the end-of-life date. Upgrading to a newer version ensures a positive Nuxeo experience, top-of-line security and access to Nuxeo’s newest features. After Tuesday, April 4, 2023, customers continuing to use Nuxeo LTS 2019 will no longer be supported with security patches and updates and may expose themselves to security vulnerability. Please reach out to your sales representative to discuss available options.
