I recently had the opportunity to chat with Julie Mallory, one of Hyland’s authorities on how to learn everything you need to know regarding OnBase, automation and now the Content Innovation Cloud. I first came to understand Julie’s passion for connecting the dots between technology and the path to successful solutions when she got on the big stage at a Hyland company meeting, years ago.
(Back then she shared a toolkit for successful solution rollouts that demonstrates the criticality of — and enables you to easily prep — key roles when implementing upgrades or new solutions (ask me about the presentation that permanently pivoted my POV about successful tech implementation)).
I’ve been a fan ever since.
Since then, she (along with the fantastic Robert Gratz, one of Hyland's key trainers) has transformed critical processes in Education Services leveraging Hyland RPA bots to improve automation and service for thousands of customers and partners each year — and currently leads programming for the TechQuest conference and CIC education.
