Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to share the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates were built with you in mind—focused on making your experience more intuitive, your navigation smoother, and your interactions with our platform even more effective.
Here are the featured updates we believe will have the greatest impact:
Cases – Added Typeahead Search to Requestor and Company Dropdown Filters
The Requestor and Company dropdown filters now feature typeahead search for quicker selection. (The Company filter is only available to Partners.)
Cases – Severity Level Field Added
The Technical Support case details view now includes a Severity Level field, providing clearer visibility into case prioritization.
Cases – URL Parameter for Help with Hyland Sites Case Form
Added a URL parameter to this case form so URLs for specific sites can be shared and pre-populated, speeding up case creation.
Cai – New Product Option
Content Innovation Cloud has been added as an available product to select from Cai’s dropdown list. Try Cai now.
Software Downloads – Post-Authentication Load Issue Fixed
Resolved an issue where the downloads page would not load individual downloads after authentication.
Cases – Typeahead Dropdown Arrow Issue Fixed
Fixed an issue where the dropdown arrow on typeahead fields was not clickable on Technical Support version of the form.
