I want to share the Quick share link in mail  if any file upload in the folder.

You need to develop Java code (as no JavaScript is available for Quick Share service) and configure some rules on the folder. You need also to understand how an email template is configured with variables. It's more or less the same I tried to explain you in previous replies.

Inside the email template, you can read the property where the "Share ID" is saved, which is "qshare:sharedId", like "zTU2sc0JQ8OtZ1EbbrOa0g", and then use that value to form the full URL, as in

https://server/s/zTU2sc0JQ8OtZ1EbbrOa0g"
