Upload User list in Alfresco Share

We often times find ourselves in need of adding a list of users in Alfresco Share due to certain circumstances.
In the Alfresco Share, under "Admin Tools"->"Users and Groups"->"Users, we see a button to [Upload User CSV File]. However, we have not located a template to the csv so that we can populate with the list of users. Any Ideas?
