Upgrade from 5.2 to 7 Reverse proxy

Hello,
I got a problem with my reverse proxy under Apache2, all was working with alfresco 5.2 but can't find any articles to help me.
When I trying to access on my alfresco I only got:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Connection refused: AH00957: AJP: attempt to connect
So any help will be fully appreciate.
