Unable to create thumbnail

Hi all, I am getting a Bad request (404) on a .docx preview rendtions request in adf-viewer.

Here is the error:

"Unable to create thumbnail 'pdf' for application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document as no transformer is currently available."

Could this have something to do with the server set-up? Which other reasons could that have?

My ACS version is 5.2.2 - enterprise.

As Enterprise User you should use Enterprise Support for your questions.

You could turn on logging for the transformers. See Content Transformers (and Renditions) | Alfresco Documentation 

May this helps to nail down the error...

Seems like the OpenOffice/JOD Converter isn't running or configured
