The insert operation failed in pdftoolkit

Hello Everyone,

                    I using Alfresco community 5.2 version, and I have installed pdf-toolkit-repo-1.4.0.amp and pdf-toolkit-share-1.4.0.amp in share and amp folders, But Insert option is not working its showing "The insert operation failed" Kindly help to solve this issue.

Can you please provide the alfresco log file where the error is displayed?
