Started discovering Alfresco Community Edition, and getting here and there some errors/bugs messages. Can we get kind of a support from alfresco if this installation is used for a small group of users, or a small company, less than 20 users. What are the formalities

There is no support from Alfresco at all for the Alfresco Community.
The only kind of "support" you will have is what the community can offer to you, like this forum and the IRC channel.

Appreciate your quick response, that is quite clear...unfortunately for all of us, community users.
Was thinking of a service Alfresco may have that is "paid support" depending on the level of the support we are looking for.

Hi Reda,
As Douglas said, there is no support from Alfresco team apart from the community platform and IRC chat. To expedite and execute the things with better efficiency, you can have a paid support contract with some of the community partner company of Alfresco.

Well, that is not completely right, as by contract, Alfresco Partners are not allowed to provide support for the community version users.
Because of that, I guess the best option would bo to pay someone working with the community version.
