Streamin with Alfresco?

Hi peolpe.

    Is there some way to provide stream (videos, sound) using Alfresco?

    I tought about create a shortcut in Alfreco to another stream storage, but I don't know if this will work.

Hi,

I don´t think so, may be you can find another products more streaming oriented (wowza Media Server) .

In alfresco there is some media viewers (Media Viewers | Alfresco Add-ons - Alfresco Customizations ) or you can try to transform format (take a look: Alfresco Tip: Enable video thumbnail and transformations with FFMPEG – : : blyx.com : : Blog : : Ton... )

Anyway, I don't know any solution to video streaming on Alfresco, maybe somebody has more information.
