Hello,

I'm trying to put a RSS feed, nonetheless, there's a trouble about the fact that i'm asked for an authentication. Therefore, my rss reader doesn't display the RSS content.

I know there's a possibility to remove the authentification in the scripts, but I don't know where it is.

Can you help me please ? Smiley Happy

Thanks a lot !

Sincerely,

Joffrey

Hi:

Yes, most of RSS clients are not able to use credentials. It is working as supposed to be. In some cases, with a NTLM or Kerberos SSO configured (windows login based), this will be transparent as you wish.

Regards.

Thanks Cesar,

Well, with a NTLM sso, this does not work...

Is there a way to remove the script authentification?

Regards,

Joffrey

Hi Joffrey:

Some minor questions:

  • When configuring NTLM SSO, did you use the same user in Windows desktop than in Alfresco application ? Is SSO working for your logged user ? Did you configure your browser(s) to trust in alfresco uri's ?
  • Did you check alfresco-feed configuration in share-config-custom.xml ?

Regards.
