I need to create a quiz with some questions and fields to answer... In a workflow...

Any idea how can I do this?

I'm trying to edit the review task. However, when I change the activiti:formKey, for my firstTask, I have the fields that I cratre but also other fields

I already do this. But how can I export my answers to pdf?

What are the components that are being used in the solution? I see a "share" url in the questionnaire link you posted above. Could you please elaborate the requirements. Are you trying to generate a PDF file from the process (server side) OR from the UI (client side)?
