Good afternoon, please help.
We are with Alfresco community 6.2, we have a problem with the Post Office sending, when a circular is made and they send to 20 users, it does not reach 20 but rather 10 users, which is frustrating. The log records the following:
2025-01-22 13:52:01,418 ERROR [org.alfresco.repo.action.executer.MailActionExecuter] [mailAsyncAction3] Error sending email to [xx,xxx,xxx,xxx,] : org.springframework.mail. MailSendException: Failed messages: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 421 Too many errors on this connection---close; message exceptions (1) are:Failed message 1: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 421 Too many errors on this connection---close
In the session there are more than 20 NOOP commands, these commands are sent by the SIGED server (in this case the XXXXXXXXX server) and the mail relay server responds with a xxxxxxxxx OK, indicating that everything is correct. However, when the mail server detects that there are more than 20 NOOP commands in the session, it closes the session. This is not parameterizable on the part of the mail relay server and it seems that it is not specific to Microsoft's SMTP, but rather depends on the implementation of the SMTP server. It seems that the NOOP can be used to test that the connection between the application and the SMTP server is OK. Please help and I appreciate it.
