Problem of searching people depanding on browser language

We have a problem of searching peoples on none english brouser language settings.

Then browser has main language "English" I can find my users by russian/ukrainian requests (as you can see on screenshort bellow).

But, after changing browser main language to "Russian" or "Ukraine" search by russian/ukrainian leters stops working. Search by english leters steel works.

Search on file names and content works well by english and cyrilic leters, and don't depands on browser language settings.

Please give me advice, where looking a point?

System information:

   deployment: docker-compose

   alfresco/alfresco-content-repository-community:6.1.1

   alfresco/alfresco-share:6.0.c

   alfresco/alfresco-search-services: 1.2.0, 1.1.2, 1.3.0-RC2 - same resoults

   postgres 10.6

   nginx SSL revers proxy

   browsers: Chrome 71.0.3578.98 and Firefox 64.0

I think it's my case.

[ALF-21940] cm:lastName (and perhaps other fields as well) are locale sensitive on searches with Sol... 

and solution

but i can't install patch yet.
