Orange DS is an Addon for Alfresco and Alfresco Share that adds digital signature features and digital signature verification features contextually to each document in Alfresco. Each Alfresco document will have two new actions that will allow respectively:
- to digitally sign a document with the following output format: CAdES, PAdES e XadES
- to verify that a document is correcly digitally signed
Orange DS integrates DSS (Digital Signature Service) that is the open source software created and maintained by Nowina Solutions. Other features:
- supported digital signature formats: CadES-BASELINE-B, CadES-BASELINE-T, CadES-BASELINE-LT, CadES-BASELINE-LTA, PAdES-BASELINE-B, PAdES-BASELINE-T, PAdES-BASELINE-LT, PadES-BASELINE-LTA, XAdES-BASELINE-B, XAdES-BASELINE-T, XAdES-BASELINE-LT, XadES-BASELINE-LTA.
- Applet free: digital signature operations do not use Applets
- compatible with all modern web browsers
- desktop client for interfacing with SmartCard; compatible with Microsoft Windows, Linux and Apple macOS
- the Alfresco addon is available for Alfresco Community Edition 4.2 or Alfresco Community Edition 5.x
