@dba100 This is a developer community supported by developers/engineers/customers/partners who are using alfresco. People respond to queries in their spare time to help each other in the community. I would suggest to create one single thread and list out what you have and what you are exactly looking for clearly, mixing between multiple threads may confuse. This way you would likley get the answers. Checkout and search the forum and you may likely to get answers of some of queries that might have been answered already.  If you are enterprise edition user try contacting support.

Coming to your query-> indexes are mostly optimized already but if you have to do so, you should consult with alfresco support and then take actions based on suggestion by alfresco support team.

Hi @amanda_roberts ,

"Alternatively, you can fill out their contact form here: https://www.alfresco.com/company/contact"

I submit that already and no one reply me in 2 weeks.

I also tried to email to:

Marcelle Baca <Marcelle.Baca@hyland.com>

steven.thomas@alfresco.com

ben.kelley@alfresco.com

Sergio Orlando <sergio.orlando@alfresco.com>

kurt.keyser@alfresco.com

surprisingly no on reply me.

there people start to doubt if Alfresco is trustable or not as no one reply even we REALLY consider to use Enterrprise edition.

Hi @dba100 -

Sometimes these requests take time to go through. We have people investigating and they will follow up with you as soon as possible. Please have patience with the team!

Thank you so much,

Amanda

hi,

tks,

As we make decision to upgarde to community 7 for now so it buy times for the sales teams to get back. however it has been weeks.

Our customers are waiting on the price and that's make us hard to explain to our customers,

Hi @dba100 - we've escalated this to the head of sales in Asia, just to keep you in the loop. I should have an answer soon for you or you should be reached out to from someone on the team. I'll follow up afterwards.

Thanks and best,
