Im unable to access my site through http://alfrescodevm1.dev.oati.local:8080/share/page/user/admin/dashboard

This is not anything to do with alfresco and mostly a networking question. How did you setup your instances? is it docker based setup or manual installation?

Are you able to use localhost/127.0.0.1 to access the urls? Since you are using "alfrescodevm1.dev.oati.local", are you also mapping the entry in host file ?
