Post installation, you need to install governance-service (aka records management) amps (for example - alfresco-governance-services-enterprise-repo-3.5.x.amp, alfresco-governance-services-enterprise-share-3.5.x.amp).

If you are using enterprise version, reach out to hyland support and get the amp and apply it to alfresco.war and share.war.
