How to hide Create site option except for admin in alfresco community 5.2

Hello Everyone,

                How to hide the create site option from users except  admin, please give me your answer to solve this issue.

Please check this older blog post by Jeff Potts which should still be applicable (and his addon is still available / being updated for new Alfresco releases).
