How to get Reassign option with Release To Pool in Workflow task

Hi everyone,

I have requirement to reassign workflow task(assigned to group and claimed by one of the group member) to some other specific user of the same group without affecting Due Date and other fields. Right now when user claim the task it is having Release to Pool option. How can I get both the option together, or is there any other way we can achieve this?

Hi Yash,

For this, you need to do customisation in 'task-edit-header.js'.

this.widgets.reassignButton = Alfresco.util.createYUIButton(this, "reassign", this.onReassignButtonClick);
Dom.removeClass(Selector.query(".actions .reassign", this.id), "hidden");

You need to add above code in "task.isReleasable" condition of 'task-edit-header.js'. By adding this you can get the option of Reassign with Release to pool and you can reassign the task to all the user.

For reassigning task to user of same group, you need to check.
