How to add custom header component next to Admin Tools using SDK

Hello everyone,

I have created custom surf page in Alfresco share and want it to open via custom header field added next to Admin Tools in share header bar. I am following this blog 

I am able to access new surf page via its link but not able to add custom header field. I am using SDK 4 and path for the share-header.lib.js file is /sdk4-share/src/main/resources/alfresco/web-extension/site-webscripts/org/alfresco/share/imports/share-header.lib.js.

Is this the correct way to override share-header.lib.js via SDK? How can I achieve this?
