Error on first visit on site after creation Alfresco 6.2 Community Version

Hi Forum Members,

we are currently facing a Issue when creating a site:

Every time you first visit a site after it was created we get this error message:

01230003 org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.ContentIOExeption: 01230057 Failed to set content property on stream closure: node: workspace://SpacesStore/0b.... property: (http://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0)preferenceValues writer: ContetnAcecessor [ contentURL=store://2021/2/23/10/37/839f........bin mimetype=text/plain, size=22543, encoding=UTF8,locale=de_DE ] org.springframework.dao.ConcurrencyFailureExecption: Failed to update node 1515

The System was originally installed on 5.1 and was upgraded to 6.2 Community Version in the Years.

If you look in the contentstore for this file, we cannot find it, so the message is obvious. The question is more, what file would alfresco expect here? There is no custom site template or any different presets used. This is happening for the collaboration Site.

Any clues for this error?

That file is created when you create a site. This is why you can't find it.

Do you have any addon / module installed?

Can you please post your alfresco.log and share.log to investigate further?

Hope you followed the below steps while migrating from 5 to 6.

- Install the Alfresco 6.0 first and do not start it.

- Take a dump of database of 5.0

- Point to the alf_data folder of 5.0 by making changes in the alfresco-global.properties file in 6.0

- Restore the dump to 6.0

- start the 6.0 server check whether the contents and other properties are properly working or not.

- Try to apply the customizations - (This may require little changes in your custom code)
