By default alfresco viewer as of now does not supporting annotation But you can integrate other viewer which is supporting annotation.
Such type of viewer is available called snowbound.
Snowbound Software's VirtualViewer® HTML5 Document Viewer

Hi Sathis,
The Alfresco default viewer is PDF.js which is does not support either annotation and advanced viewing capabilities.
There is a powerful viewer (thanks to native document streaming) you may want to try > ARender
This universal content viewer enables users to easily comment any document format (PDF, Office, Image, Video…) with an ergonomic on any device incl. Mobiles.
ARender conforms to the XFDF ISO annotations standard, including all types :
- Sticky notes, Geometric highlights and shapes,
- Textual highlights, Arrows, Stamps, …
AnnotationExplorer helps users navigate through their documents from existing annotations, facilitating review and collaboration.
Each annotation can have its own approval lifecycle, security settings and tracking.
ARender also supports import from/export to various formats (incl. FDF & embedded in PDF).
