Classified documents are not visible to classified users in simple and detailed view

I have documents in a site which are classified and should be visible to classified users. But, this documents are not visible in simple and detailed view and user has to switch to table or any other view to see them. I have alfresco-rm-enterprise module installed and on seeing the error, I found that a rm-documentlist-view-simple.js is called which shows error. This "JS" shouldn't be called as the document is not a record. Please suggest probable cause and solution.

The security marks are not available in all views. They should be available in Simple and Detailed, but are not available in Table, Gallery or Filmstrip view.
