This is to inform you that we have reluctantly made the decision to cancel DevCon 2020.
The safety and health of our community of employees, partners customers and users is our top priority. With the continued spread of the coronavirus across the world, and in light of changing official advice from the British authorities and the World Health Organisation, we do not feel it is in the best interest of our community to travel at this time. This is disappointing for us all but we feel we need to follow the advice with regard to the adoption of social distancing
We are now looking to organise a “Follow the Sun” global hackathon to which you will all be invited. This will be an exciting opportunity for our global developer community to come together and contribute to Alfresco. More details to follow.
We also plan to organise a shorter virtual conference, featuring some of the original keynote speakers and other speaker sessions. We also hope to include other sessions from DevCon as Tech Talk Live sessions later in the year. We are working hard to make these virtual sessions a reality and will be communicating more details soon.
