Backup and Restore

I am very new to Alfresco and setup.  I installed Alfresco using the wizard and I would like to know how to backup the CMS before I begin to configure the sites.  I do understand the the two things which must be backup is the contentstore and database but I do not know how to.  Can someone guide me or provide detail instructions please.
