Alfresco share login window not shown with VPN

We are using Alfresco Community - 5.1.0 (r127059-b7).

Sometimes users are not able to see the login window, if using VPN connection.

They can only see "Simple+Smart" in the right bottom corner.

Hi,

Could you check logs of the server, please?. Maybe you can find more detailed information.

Could it be in relation with CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery)?.

Could find any log entry.

I never touched CSRF, shouldn't be the problem.

Please check the browser console / browser tools if any errors pop up, or the browser network tools to see if any resources failed to load. A (semi-)blank page is a typical sign that some part of the UI simply did not initialise, either due to missing artifacts or some other component preventing proper execution.
