Alfresco 3Labs , problem with MySQL

Hi i ,m new here and i couldn't post my catalina.out log so here it's is please download it and check my problem.

the president of the company told me to install Alfresco 3Labs , it worked fine but when i implemented MySQL it doesn't work anymore , i even tried this solution and it  didn't work https://lorenzod8n.wordpress.com/2008/02/27/alfresco-on-debian-using-mysql/

i use redhat 7 , mysql 5.7 ,  mysql connector jar 5.1

what do you think ?

Use a newer version of Alfresco and follow the documentation. In 2019, no one should still be using Alfresco Labs / 3.x.
