Add User In Alfresco

Hi, 
I installed Alfresco Community Edition 5.2, it works and i can log in with different users, but when i try to add a users to a site it doesnt works, Alfresco get the users from my Active Directory. Every users are abble to connect to Alfresco with their Login Password who are the same as on the Active Directory.
I really dont find where the problem is, so if someone can help me ...

Do you see an error / stacktrace in the Alfresco (conent services) server log ?

Dunno why, when the user's profil from active directory sync with Alfresco, their mail address disapear, and if they dont have mail address they cannot be add to a group. 
Thats all. i dont really know from where it come, but it works so...
