Activity BPMN Designer install error

Hello. I am installing Activity BPMN Designer Eclipse plugin. I enter the following URL:  https://www.activiti.org/designer/update. I get the following error:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

Please, help. I don't know what to do.

I have launched Eclipse as administrator and it worked for me.
