As mentioned in the wiki i copied the files ie ocr-transformers-context.xml and web-client-config-custom.xml. And started the tomcat, but i got an error in tomcat saying " cannot find declaration of element 'beans'. can you please send me the dtd file .
the following lines are missing from  the xml file
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<!DOCTYPE>

Can anyone please tell me the solution for this problem.

Please be patient, I need to make a fresh install before answering you. Are you using Alfresco release version?
