subtask in workflow

Hi All,

Can we define sub-task in alfresco workflow ? I want to implement hierarchical workflow which has many dependent tasks and i want user to create these subtask at runtime.(dynamically)
Ex:
Task 1 : completeness check
Task 1.1 complete ness check of Section 1
Task 1.1.1 completeness check of Paragraph 1
Task 1.1.2 completeness check of Paragraph 2

Task 1.2 complete ness check of Section 2
Task 1.2.1 completeness check of Paragraph 1
Task 1.2.2 completeness check of Paragraph 2

…….

Can i define a workflow with fixed number of tasks at level 1 but arbitrary number of tasks subsequently.
I am using alfreso 4.2.c
